entitled "Research on the development of innovative equipment in order to introduce new products and significantly improve the services provided by ZUH ELWIKO STANISŁAW DROPIK".
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship 2014-2020.
The aim of the project is to significantly improve the company's service provision by carrying out research work on the possibility of constructing devices with parameters and functionalities corresponding to the diagnosed needs of the entrepreneur, as well as developing and manufacturing prototypes of the designed devices and validating the solution in real conditions. As a result of the project, the Applicant will implement a product and process innovation. The project fits into the intelligent specialisation of the Zachodniopomorskie voivodeship - advanced metal products - and thus significantly contributes to increasing the competitiveness of the Zachodniopomorskie economy. In addition, it will contribute to the creation of a positive image of the Zachodniopomorskie voivodeship as a region conducive to the implementation of innovative product solutions compliant with global trends.

Project 2.
ZUH ELWIKO Stanisław Dropik company is implementing the project

under the name "Research on development of innovative control of lifting devices at ZUH ELWIKO STANISŁAW DROPIK in Szczecin".
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship 2014-2020.
The project consists in conducting research and development work on the possibility of constructing an innovative control system for lift equipment using laser sensors in lift control systems, which responds to the diagnosed needs of the company in terms of providing services for the production, installation and maintenance of lift equipment (lifts), as well as the development and production of a prototype solution that can be tested in real conditions. The objective of the project is to significantly improve the company's service provision by carrying out research work on the possibility of constructing an innovative solution with parameters and functionalities corresponding to the diagnosed needs of the entrepreneur and validating the solution in real conditions. The solution is to be implemented in the Applicant's activity, making the entrepreneur's offer more attractive and responding to the diagnosed market needs. As a result of the project, the Applicant will implement a product and process innovation. The project fits into the intelligent specialisation of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship, thus contributing significantly to the increase of the competitiveness of the Zachodniopomorskie economy. In addition, it will influence the shaping of a positive image of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship as a region conducive to the implementation of innovative product solutions compliant with global trends.

under the name "Increasing the level of innovation and competitiveness of ZUH Elwiko by implementing innovative shipbuilding and ship repair services".
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship 2014-2020.
The main objective of the project is to increase the innovativeness and competitiveness of the Elwiko company on the domestic market through the implementation of innovative services in the field of maintenance and servicing of shipbuilding and ship repairs. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of specific objectives: the implementation of new services not yet provided by competitive companies in the industry and significant improvement of services currently provided by the Applicant for the shipbuilding industry. The implementation of the project results directly from the diagnosed investment needs of the Applicant and is a response to the diagnosed needs of target customers and the market - the shipbuilding industry. The project will directly contribute to increasing the innovativeness and competitiveness of the West Pomeranian economy, its modernisation against the background of the country.
